Waterside Court

Waterside Court is a modern, purpose-built residence. It is perfectly located on the banks of the canal just outside the old city walls. It is just a short walk from English in Chester and the city centre.

Waterside Court has individually styled en-suite rooms in “clusters” with shared living and dining areas. There are mini fridges and safes in all rooms. The fully fitted kitchens have dishwashers, microwaves and all the usual appliances. Washing machines are centrally located within the building. There is high speed broadband WiFi in all bedrooms and common areas. There is a sophisticated access control system ensuring security at all times.

Waterside Court is available year-round for students aged 18 and over staying for a minimum of 2 weeks.

The price includes weekly cleaning, towels, a duvet and bed linen, a weekly change of bedding and a “starter kit” including basic kitchen ware. Prices are per week with arrival on a Sunday and departure on a Saturday. There will be an extra charge of £30.00 for students who want to leave on a Sunday. A refundable deposit of £200.00 per student is required.
