Courses for Teachers
We have been creating specialist short courses for individuals and groups for over 30 years. These courses are tailored to meet individual and group needs and are delivered by our very experienced teaching team.
The needs of some clients can only be really met in individual or very small classes. The teaching programme can then be tailored to meet these needs and the intensity of the course varied to maximise the use of available time.
Courses for the Individual & 2:1 Courses
These can start on any Monday. Full time courses include 30 lessons / 22½ hours of tuition per week. There is a pro rata reduction in this fee when there is a Public Holiday during the week.

Specialist English Courses for Groups from One Source
Full-time courses include 30 lessons / 22.5 hours of tuition per week. Maximum 6 students per group. Tuition fee: £3475.00 per week. Contact us to discuss your course requirements.
Courses for Teachers
English in Chester runs short, tailor-made courses for groups of teachers of English from overseas. The normal course duration is between 2 and 4 weeks. Courses include Language Development and there is a methodology component with a number of practical ideas for teachers. Courses can be aimed at teachers of young learners in different age groups or at teachers of adult learners. They can be for experienced teachers or for new entrants to the teaching profession. English in Chester also offers tailored courses for groups in preparation for the Cambridge TKT (Teacher Knowledge Test).
Students on all Courses for Business & Professional People will have free access to our new internet-based e-learning materials, before, during and for a 6-month period after their course.
