This exercise practises using so and such. We usually use so with an adjective and such or such a with a noun. Put the correct one in the gaps in the following sentences.

3. The food in the hotel was so awful. I have never eaten awful food.  
4. I couldn't believe it. It came as shock.

6. I did like your parents. They are nice people.  
7. You didn't tell me that you lived in nice house.  
8. The weather was good that we spent all day in the garden.  
9. She looks incredibly well considering she has been ill recently.  
10. The trouble about going on holiday is that you much that when you get home all your clothes are too tight.
