The population of Chester is 120,000 with 8.25 million visitors a year.
Britain has a variable climate that changes from day to day, which means it is difficult to predict but generally extreme weather is rare. We have four distinct seasons, spring, summer, autumn, and winter. It rarely drops below 5°C in winter or rises above 28°C in summer. Whatever time of year, bring an umbrella and layers of clothing are best.
