Classes focus on Ashtanga; a style of yoga which generally follows a faster-paced, strict series of postures (the classes give an introduction to this style). There will be a variety of standing, balancing and seated postures each week so that people can learn, develop and practice poses from the full Ashtanga Primary Series.

There is a video online to practice positions prior to the class if you wish.

Book online or pay at the door. For more information please see the website.
